New Client Process

Step One

Welcome! first step in our process is to have a free initial video consultation so we can learn a little bit about you and your needs and how we can help.

Step Two

The second step in our process is to gather all the information we have on hand. Any plans you have had drawn up or the building file for your existing home. A rough estimate can be made using this information.

Step Three

Moving along, the third stage is an on site meeting (if applicable) to complete measurements and get a better understanding of the space.

Step Four

Finally we get to the detailed quoting. A Temperley Homes starts at $250 for a renovation and $450 for a total build. Our quotes are comprehensive, include renderings of internal spaces and a full scope of works so we know we are on the same page.
